Shipping & Returns

  • The goods are ready to be sent to the buyer within 1-3 working days after payment.

  • The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

  • The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the buyer cannot receive the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the buyer has no right to make claims against the seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.

  • We deliver in Lithuania by post machines: Omniva (2.5 eur) / LP express (2.8 eur) / DPD (2.5 eur) it takes 1-5 working days

  • Delivery to Latvia / Estonia via DPD Pickup (7eur)

  • Delivery in the European Union - Regular (18eur) it takes 5-10 working days

  • Delivery in the European Union - Express (40eur) it takes 2-5 working days

  • Delivery outside the European Union - Regular (33eur) it takes 7-16 working days

  • Delivery outside the European Union - Express (50eur) it takes 2-8 working days

  • We deliver paintings in Lithuania - FREE

  • In other countries, the possibilities of delivery of paintings depend on the dimensions.

  • In all cases, the seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the buyer or are delivered late, due to the buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the seller's control.

  • The buyer must inform the seller as soon as possible if the package is received in a damaged package, if the package contains unordered goods, the wrong amount of them.

  • Buyer e-mail by mail: juratenorke@protonmail.com provide the seller with photos of the damaged package and/or product(s)

  • The product is returned to the seller due to the fault of the buyer, an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or the package is returned to the seller without receiving it within the maximum storage period of the package, at the price of the product. and shipping costs are non-refundable to the buyer.

  • If such a case occurs that the parcel returns to the seller, there is a possibility to resend the order after paying the shipping fee.

  • When delivering the package outside the EU, the seller is not responsible for customs duties, VAT or other tax obligations - these costs are paid by the buyer.

  • The buyer has the right to return or replace the goods in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

  • Due to different functions and/or settings of the computer screen, the buyer may get an inaccurate image of the product compared to the originals. The seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the buyer based on such a situation.

  • Replacement and return is possible only if the product has not been used, has not lost its original appearance, visual properties (unless the product is of poor quality). The packaging must also be undamaged and undamaged. Note - an open package is not considered a violation if the purpose was to verify that the product received corresponds to the description provided in the store.

  • Any protective equipment used to protect the product with which your order was delivered must also be returned if you wish to receive a product replacement or refund.

  • The buyer's request for the return or exchange of goods should be submitted in writing and together with the proof of purchase of the goods: order number, name of the returned goods, code, date of purchase.

  • A refund/exchange request will normally be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing may take longer during busy periods, due to seasonal or other specific times, such as Christmas and New Year, etc.

  • The same conditions apply to the customer who wants to exchange the received product for another one as for the normal delivery of products.

  • The buyer's refund can be processed within 7-10 working days after the goods have been returned to the seller and the seller has confirmed that the goods are accepted as returns.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

  • If upon receipt of the returned goods we find that they are defective, we will refund the money paid for the goods and the postage costs, or we will be able to replace them with the same one, compensating the postage costs. However, we can only take responsibility after receiving the item and confirming the problem.

  • If you wish to return/exchange an item, we suggest that you do so using the secure delivery service only - the seller is not responsible for damaged or non-received items.
