This document regulates the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the seller and the buyer (customer) when purchasing goods in the online store - www.mist-shop.com. The following terms apply to your use of this website, including your access to this website and the purchase of products (they are subject to change at any time without notice):

• In this online store sells authentic paintings, clothing, styling services and consultations.

• "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays

• The buyer selects the goods and puts them in the shopping cart

• The buyer provides the necessary data to fulfill the order: name, surname, phone number, delivery address, etc.

• The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer presses the order confirmation button

• The seller accepts the order from the moment the buyer e-mails receives contract confirmation by mail

• The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and the delivery fee

• If the buyer does not pay the required amounts within 24 hours, the order is considered canceled

• The delivery fee is calculated taking into account the country of shipment, the weight of the order, and the dimensions of the package

• The buyer, who has provided inaccurate information or an incorrect address, loses the right to make claims for a non-received order

• Your data will allow us and our partners to fulfill your order or provide services.

Abuse of this site is prohibited:

• Not to incite a criminal act

• Do not distribute harmful or malicious content

• Do not interfere with the integrity of the site: including hacking security, corrupting data, harassing users, disrespecting other users or their rights, sending unsolicited advertising or other goods.

• Copying and distribution of any content on this website is prohibited without the prior written permission of the website owner.

• Without the consent of the website owner, copying and distribution will be a criminal activity.

All disputes, accusations or claims arising between the seller and the buyer, which cannot be negotiated between the seller and the buyer within 15 working days (from the day of the written claim), must be resolved by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
